Intrinsic Accommodations
Intrinsic Accommodations exist in the orthotic shell itself, such as a divot in the shell to accommodate a lesion.
Extrinsic Accommodations
Extrinsic Accommodations are aspects added to the orthotic shell, such as a cutout in the cover materials of the orthotic.
